It is with great pride and excitement that Linksys has won the J.D. Power Award for ranking highest in overall customer satisfaction. In the J.D. Power 2018 Wireless Router Satisfaction Report released today, not only did Linksys achieve the highest overall score, but also scored highest in 6 out of the 10 measured factors: Wi-Fi Range, Reliability of Service, Security Capabilities, Ease of Use, Customer Service, Restore Connection Easily. Ranking 848 (on a 1,000-point scale), Linksys ranks the highest in customer satisfaction with wireless routers.
